Robin Williams, the brilliant American actor, and comedian, left an indelible mark on both the entertainment industry and our hearts. His full name was Robin McLaurin William. The Tragic End
Williams battled substance abuse and severe depression throughout his career. On August 11, 2014, he was found dead at his home in Paradise Cay, California. His death was ruled a suicide. His wife revealed that he was suffering from Parkinson’s disease and he was also suffering from anxiety and depression.

Recently, Disney surprised fans by bringing Robin Williams’s iconic voice back to the big screen. In the animated short “Once Upon a Studio,” they reprised his role as Genie from Aladdin using previously unused audio recordings. It has been over 25 years since he first lent his magical voice to that lovable blue character.
